WARRANTY INFORMATION
All Technic 1200 turntables for sale have a limited one year warranty though Tonik's Lab LLC. This warranty is effective immediately from purchase date on invoice. All turntables are fully refurbished and have Technics original parts installed. Warranty is good only on issues that may arise from normal use. Warranty excludes any cosmetic damages that may occur from use and or abuse/negligence. Any and all claims must be reported right away and be within one year from purchase date. Warranty will cover parts and labor. It will not cover any shipping costs (unless otherwise stated). Any and all shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. Warranty is void if unit is tampered with. Warranty is also void if there are signs of abuse and or negligence. Liquid spills into unit or power surges are not covered by warranty. This type of damage is evident during repairs. Buyer will be notified immediately if this is a factor. Every claim will be reviewed on an individual basis. ABANDONED EQUIPMENT
Note: Any equipment left at Tonik's Lab LLC after work has been completed for more than 90 days, will be considered abandoned & will be sold to compensate for the balance due on work that was performed. The owner of said equipment will be notified the day work has been completed. Any due balances will be attempted to be collected on any outstanding invoices given, either verbal, via email, text, etc... If balance is not paid right away and the equipment is left at our shop for over 30 days, another attempt to contact the owner & collect the balance due will be made. If there is still no payment received for the complete balance due after 90 days, the equipment will be considered abandoned. Equipment will then be sold for the full balance owed on work that was performed. Please be sure not to neglect or forget about your equipment and the balance due. EQUIPMENT RETURNS & LAYAWAY MERCHANDISE CANCELLATIONS
Please note: Any returns or layaway cancellations on unused "New" items will carry a 20% restocking fee. Custom Turntables and Vintage Refurbished Turntables are Non-Refundable! Items must be returned in their original condition with original packing. Once the returned item arrives, it will be processed and inspected. If the returned item is damaged, used, or opened, then you will be not be refunded. Refunds will be issued to it's original source, minus the 20% restocking fee & minus original shipping cost.
